Conqueror Virtual Challenge – Tokyo

In earlier blog posts, I talked about my decision to try a new type of virtual run challenge, the Conqueror Virtual Challenges, as well as my completion of my first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth, fourteenth, fifteenth, sixteenth, and seventeenth Conqueror Virtual Challenges: the English Channel, the Inca Trail, Mount Fuji, Angkor Wat, Marathon to Athens, the Berlin Wall, the Amalfi Coast , Easter Island, Paris, Rome, Bangkok, Washington DC, the Jesus Trail, Mount Everest, Trek to Petra, Flower Route, and Yosemite, respectively.

I have since completed my eighteenth Conqueror Virtual Challenge – Tokyo.

The Tokyo Conqueror Virtual Challenge takes participants “from Tokyo Tower to Shibuya Crossing, weaving through Japan’s vibrant and bustling capital city. Journey through towering skyscrapers, historic temples, and world-famous districts like Akihabara, feeling the pulse of modern and traditional Japan.”

I chose to complete the Tokyo Conqueror Virtual Challenge via indoor walking, stationary bike rides, and logging my daily steps. I completed this Challenge from March 20 until March 29, 2024.

Just like when I completed the previous Challenges, I received a race bib, postcards along the way, a finisher’s certificate, and a finisher’s medal. You can find pictures of these below.

The next Conqueror Virtual Challenge I participated in was the Giza Pyramids.

Stay tuned for updates.
