Conqueror Virtual Challenge – The Inca Trail
In an earlier blog post I talked about my decision to try a new type of virtual run challenge, the Conqueror Events, as well as my completion of my first Conqueror Virtual Challenge, the English Channel.
I have since completed my second Conqueror Virtual Challenge – the Inca Trail.
The Inca Trail is currently the second shortest Challenge at 26.2 miles (42km) and virtually takes participants across the Inca Trail in Peru and right through Machu Picchu, one of the new Seven Wonders of the World.
I chose to complete the Inca Trail challenge in the form of a stationary bike ride and I completed it from 12 October until 14 December 2020. I logged my progress in the My Virtual Mission app.
Just like when I completed the English Channel challenge, I also received postcards along the way, as well as a finisher’s certificate, as I completed the Inca Trail challenge, as well as a medal after I completed it, which you can find below.
I’m already working on completing my next and third Conqueror Virtual Challenge – Mount Fuji. Stay tuned.
