Conqueror Virtual Challenge – Bangkok

In earlier blog posts, I talked about my decision to try a new type of virtual run challenge, the Conqueror Virtual Challenges, as well as my completion of my first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth Conqueror Virtual Challenges: the English Channel, the Inca Trail, Mount Fuji, Angkor Wat, Marathon to Athens, the Berlin Wall, the Amalfi Coast , Easter Island, Paris, and Rome respectively.

I have since completed my eleventh Conqueror Virtual Challenge – Bangkok.

The Bangkok Conqueror Virtual Challenge takes participants on a journey through “from Wat Arun to The Grand Palace, in the heart of Thailand’s capital city.” Along the way, participants will experience “a blend of historical grandeur, lively street markets, and sacred temples.”

I chose to complete the Bangkok Conqueror Virtual Challenge via indoor walking, stationary bike rides, sessions on my gym’s rowing machine, and by logging my daily steps. I completed this Challenge from January 11 until February 11, 2024.

Just like when I completed the previous Challenges, I received a race bib, postcards along the way, a finisher’s certificate, and a finisher’s medal. You can find pictures of these below.

The next Conqueror Virtual Challenge I participated in was Washington DC.

Stay tuned for updates.
