Re-walking the Run Wollongong 2015 course

To prevent another stress fracture and other possible injuries, I needed to get back into training but I also needed to move house, so I didn’t want to spend money going to the gym. I made the decision to train by re-walking the Run Wollongong 2015 course as it was the course of the first fun run I completed.

I posted my training times on Facebook:

 

August 28: 54 minutes, 49 seconds

September 4: 48 minutes, 5 seconds

September 11: 49 minutes, 52 seconds

October 9: 49 minutes, 3 seconds

 

I also posted on Facebook on August 28 that my stamina had improved due to, at that point, having lost 5.4kg.
