John Marsden Writing Topic #431

What’s the most trouble you’ve ever been in?**

The most trouble I’ve ever been in would probably have to be when I was ten years old and I was so angry at my brother that I was crying and swearing at him, during an argument in the street. I was so loud and out of control that a neighbour came out of his house and screamed “hey” to get me to stop. Mum obviously wasn’t happy with me, but I distinctly remember her not yelling at me once I was inside the house, she gave me a firm talking to and I calmed down.

I recall never being so angry in my entire life until then, however now I can’t recall the reason why I was so angry in the first place.
