Discuss the effect of fear on your life**
Fear puts me in a bubble away from the rest of the world. It makes me want to distance myself from people, events and places. It’s a little voice in my head that tells me not to take risks, that making mistakes or bad things are the end of the world and will ruin my life. Fear makes me feel alone.
