John Marsden Writing Topic #94

List the differences between children and adults**

-Children are short and small, adults are (usually) big and tall.

-Children have to go to school, adults have to go to work.

-Children can’t vote, drink, smoke cigarettes or drive a car, adults can do all of those things.

-Children don’t have to pay bills, adults do.

-Depending on their age, children don’t know the difference between right and wrong, adults do.

-Children are learning absolutely everything for the first time.

-Children are allowed to get away with irresponsible behaviour due to having to learn it’s irresponsible, adults don’t have that luxury.
