Training Sessions (26/12/16 to 01/01/17)
I didn’t train much this week due to the ‘extra’ Christmas public holidays imposed as Christmas was on a Sunday this year. I only trained on December 27 and December 28 with the following times:
December 27: 7 minutes, 50 seconds
December 28: 7 minutes, 47 seconds
