Can you believe in two contrary things at the same time?**

Yes I think you can, I certainly do. These are the two contrary things I believe in at the same time:

 

-I believe in a higher power/destiny and also life being what you make of it.

-I am a perfectionist, yet I know I’m not perfect and that there is no such thing as perfection.

-I believe that people don’t intentionally change, yet I know that people change over time.

-I believe in science as well as spirituality
