Birds of a Feather
I’m one of many in this V-formation, although I’m not as white as the seagulls I’m flying with it, but I wish I was, and that I was actually a seagull.
I wish I was a bird, but I’m a drone.
Although they make a little noise at times, there are other times where the pack, sorry flock, flies in complete silence. That’s when I love flying with them the most, although I’m ruining it my noises, courtesy of my owner, who loves to make me fly all the time. I’m not sure if he loves birds or if he’s conducting some kind of experiment, but either way, I love that he has me flying with them.
I’ve come across my own “pack” on occasion; delivering pizza, weapons, being flown around to get cool photos or videos. Sometimes I wonder if they would like to fly with the other birds like I do or if they want their freedom. I doubt they always like having to follow nonsensical orders.
I can feel myself descending away from the pack, I guess it’s time to land. All I can hear now is the sound of my own propellers and my own thoughts, although I’m not too sure if they’re my own or my owner’s orders.
I wish I was a bird.
