Ally

I have very few friends in the magical community, Zoey Martin is definitely one of them, Jesinta Wallis is not.

I have very few friends for two reasons – I’m half-human (so I can’t entirely relate to the human experience or human emotions) and I’m a rarity – I’m an all-elemental witch (I can generate and manipulate all four elements – earth, wind, fire and water), which means some witches are jealous, and my powers are coveted so I constantly have a target on my back.

Every witch is part of at least two covens – their family’s and a coven of witches with the same and/or similar powers to their own. Zoey and I met in the elemental coven when we were kids as she inherited aerokinesis from her mother. While the other witches in the coven accept me (although I question whether it’s acceptance or using me, as being an all-elemental makes me one of the most powerful), Zoey has proven to be a true friend to me and has always been there for me, when many others weren’t.

This is why when she told me about Jesinta Wallis being an evil witch and asked me for help in taking her down, I didn’t hesitate. While I constantly use my powers, they’ve never been used for the type of full-on war we’re facing, so I’m training myself in my attic. I’m careful with practising my geokinesis (earth) power inside my house, I don’t want to accidentally cause an earthquake or destroy my house. I have managed to kill a lot of insects with my pyrokinesis (fire) power.

Zoey believes that Jesinta will be mobilising her own army of evil witches, so she’s working hard at mobilising her own. I’m determined to be Zoey’s best soldier, Jesinta needs to be stopped.
