The twelfth virtual run I completed for my Fun Walking Not Running Around the World (Virtual Tour) was the Portugal run.

As mentioned in a previous blog post, I decided to do a virtual international Fun Walking Not Running Tour as the COVID-19 pandemic put a stop to my plans to start a “real world” international tour.

Virtual Run Events have World Races – virtual runs with a variety of distances that represent one country. As these races have been going for a while, a lot of them have sold out and finished.

I decided to continue on from the Spain run to the Portugal run as its Spain’s neighbouring country and provides a good transition to the African virtual runs.

I completed this run (1 mile/1.7 km) on 8 December 2020. My data, bib and medal for this run can be found below.
